DELIVERY POLICY:
When our customers buy digital products like themes or addons from our site. After processing the payment using the 2checkout payment gateway, customers can see or secure download their purchased product from the customer dashboard panel on our site. Downloadable themes and Addons are stored in your account’s digital library. Users can log in to their customer account using the existing user name and password or they can create their account during the purchase process.
Upon receipt of your order, you will either be prompted to begin your download immediately or you will receive an e-mail from us with instructions to complete your download. If you are prompted to begin your download immediately, your completion of the download will constitute delivery to you of the item(s) you purchased.
Once a customer has confirmed their purchase we can connect the order form to an autoresponder. This will send them an automatic email. We will send you two emails, The First email you receive from us is confirmation of your purchase. The Second email will contain an attachment of a product or a link that you can click to download the digital product. This email will also include the license key for the product that you purchased from our site.
In case you are unable to download the item(s) you purchase or you do not receive an e-mail from us with instructions to complete your download, you must contact us by using our email support@wpinnovators.com within 7 days from the date of your order. Our email response is within 24 hours. If you do not contact us within 7 days from the date of your order, the item(s) you purchased will be considered received, downloaded, and delivered to you.
Every download purchased from our store is tracked and if you have any problems, you can always contact support 24/7.
